New for 2008

We are adding Mountain Top Cabins to our attraction for those who can't get enough of our beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air with just a single day's visit.  We hope to begin construction in fall 2007.

Why not make Big Walker Mountain your vacation HOME BASE and visit the attractions of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia and Tennessee from our central location.  If the cabins are not ready for your trip now, try our many fine motels.

Why not wake up each morning with this view and visit all the area's attractions.

For more information, View our new cabin website.  Just Click this line.

Now if you can pry yourself from your front window, Here are SOME of the local attractions you can visit about an hour or so from the VIEW.

Now that is a partial list of things to do and see while in our area.  It does not include the many festivals and special events, Mount Roger's National Recreation Area, many hiking, biking and horseback trails including the Monster Rock Overlook Trail just at your back door.  The Appalachian Trail is but a few miles away.  This is a section of the trail as beautiful as any in the Smoky's and you don't have to wait in line to walk it.  In fact, you can drive anywhere without a long line of traffic holding you back.

We anticipate the cabins will be ready by April of 2005.  More information will be posted on the website as we get the cabins built and hooked up.
